PENGARUH MANAJEMEN KELAS TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR SISWA

Classroom management is a crucial aspect of the learning ecosystem, especially in madrasahs facing limited facilities and combined class systems. This study aims to analyze the role and influence of classroom management on student learning outcomes at MI Ma’arif NU Salafiyah Tumpeng Candipuro Lumajang. The method used is Mixed Methods with a Convergent Parallel design. The population consisted of 335 students with a sample of 37 students taken through Stratified Random Sampling. Data collection techniques included questionnaires, tests, observations, interviews, and document analysis. Quantitative analysis results show that classroom management has a significant influence on learning outcomes with a significance value of 0.048 (<0.05) and a coefficient of determination (R Square) of 10.7%. Qualitative results describe that the application of adaptive, humanist classroom management and group division strategies effectively overcomes the physical constraints of combined classes. The study concludes that classroom management plays a significant role in improving student learning outcomes in Akidah Akhlak subjects, although other factors outside the research variables have a greater influence.
